The Subcouncil Members reaffirmed their position not to invite an official from Budgets to the Subcouncil Meeting, if it is not absolutely necessary. The members further undertook to take up project progress comments up with the relevant project manager.
It was RESOLVED that the provisional report: progressive capital expenditure: July 2020 BE NOTED.
