It was unanimously RESOLVED that Subcouncil 15 DO NOT SUPPORT the proposed granting of in-principle approval for the transfer, by way of a public competitive process, of vacant erf 19751, situated at 1a Diaz Street, Brooklyn, Cape Town, for residential purposes for the following reasons:

The application is contrary to the Ward Councillor’s plans for the area in that the property is only one of two open spaces in the area;

The suburb is incorrect;

The comments of the Ward Councillor is not included in the report.
