Not Delegated: For Decision: The Director: Property Management
 
It was RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of portion of public street, being a portion of erf 3 176 Pinelands, situated at Viking Way Intersection, shown hatched and lettered ABCD on sketch STC 3405 marked annexure A, attached to the report, in extent approximately 300 m², to Mbulelo and Nomvuyo Louisa Baba, owners of erf 244, Pinelands or their successors in title, be approved subject to inter alia the following conditions:
 

1. A tariff rental of R1891.00 per annum inclusive of VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable. Rates not applicable;

2. The lease will endure for a period of ten years;

3. The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;

4. The property be used for gardening and security purposes only;

5. Subject to such conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

6. Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;

7. No compensation be payable for any improvement made to the property;
