RESOLVED |
Subcouncil 24 supports the recommendation that:
It is recommended that the motion submitted by Ald Stuart Pringle be supported and that the City investigate in terms of the Problem Building By-Law, the presence of illegal structures on the property between Pick ‘n Pay Main Road and the Lourens River, Somerset West. The City is requested to provide a detailed written report to the Subcouncil regarding its finding as well as action steps to be taken.
