To follow-up with the official, Alan Lindgren regarding the Helderberg Design and Develop (drop off) project in Ward 15 as to what the progress is thus far and when will the issue be resolved with those that are against the development of the drop off site.

That a follow-up be made with the official Conrad Frehse regarding the Upgrade of Geelsloot Pond – Somerset West project in Ward 15 as to what was the reason why the tender has been cancelled.

To follow-up with the official Melani Ohlson as to when will the Somerset West PTI project in Ward 84 be implemented.

That Goodman Rorwana follow-up with the official of Events if she is able to assist or give ideas around the festival of lights projects happening in Subcouncil 24.

It is recommended that the attached progressive capital expenditure report at the end of July 2020 be submitted to the Subcouncil for information and noting.
