It is recommended that:

The Subcouncil note and accepts the content of this report.

The Human Settlement Directorates must submit quarterly reports on the progress made in implementing human settlements development projects in the Subcouncil.
-
That the following be included in the next report i.e. vacant ervens around Ward 109 and Ward 95 and the other wards of Subcouncil 24, informal settlement upgrades and those earning above R3000.
-
That a follow-up be made on Deep Freeze in Ward 109 as to when will the contractor be on site and what the progress is of the project.
