RESOLVED that,
1. The Subcouncil 19 Business Plan be ADOPTED.
2. The Subcouncil 19 Ward and Business Plans be reviewed annually.
3. The Ward Councillors peruse their respective ward plans and thereafter submit it to the Subcouncil Manager to amend (if necessary) and place on the Subcouncil Agenda for adoption.
