That Subcouncil RECOMMEND and SUPPORT the request for implementation of speed humps in Market Street, Parow Valley – Ward 26.

That Subcouncil NOTE the Remedial Engineering Measures Programme Screening Guideline form was completed by the Ward Councilor and that the request was justified and to be submitted to the Transport and Urban Development Authority.
