RESOLVED that if the City intends developing a district spatial development framework or a local spatial development framework, approve;
-
a specified geographic area; and
-
the commencement of the drafting of a district spatial development framework as the case may be,
in terms of section 13 (1) and Part III section 14, 15, 16 and 17of the City of Cape Town Zoning Scheme Regulations (see extract from MPBL as Annexure 1 attached to the report).
