Subcouncil 20 approves the application for liquor licence received from Pick n Pay Liquor Constantia, Erf 12501, Constantia Shopping Centre, Cnr Constantia Main Road and Spaanschemat River Road, Constantia, reference no. WCP011206/A for the Extension of Liquor Trading Days and Hours, from Mondays to Saturdays, 18:00 to 20:00, for Consumption Off premises.
FURTHER RESOLVED
b) Subcouncil 20 takes cognisance of the Lockdown Regulations of the Disaster Management Act pertaining to the sale and consumption of liquor, until the Disaster Management Act Regulations allows that trading and consumption of liquor can resume normally, Mondays to Saturdays and Sundays, 18:00 to 20:00 and 11:00 to 18:00 respectively, only then can Resolution (a) be implemented.
