Subcouncil 20 approves the application for liquor licence received from Pick n Pay Liquor (Golding, Kenilworth), Cnr Summerley and Main Road, Kenilworth, Reference Number WCP041344/B:- for the Extension of Liquor Trading Days and Hours, Sundays, 11:00 to 18:00, for consumption off premises.

Subcouncil 20 takes cognisance of the Regulations of the National State of Disaster Act regarding the sale of consumption of liquor and until the National State of Disaster Act Regulations allows that trading and consumption of liquor can resume normally Mondays to Saturdays and Sundays 18:00 to 20:00 and 11:00 to 18:00 respectively (Extension of trading days and hours) only then can Resolution (a) be implemented.
