RESOLVED
 

1. Subcouncil 20 approves the application for liquor licence received from Woolworths Palmyra Road, Erven 118440, 54330, 116438 And Remainder of Erven 54331 and 54333, Shop 12, Palmyra Shopping Centre, Palmyra Road, Rondebosch, 7700, Reference Number WCP037471/A:- for the Extension of Liquor Trading Days and Hours, Mondays to Saturdays 18:00 to 20:00, for consumption off premises.

2. Subcouncil 20 takes cognisance of the Regulations of the National State of Disaster Act regarding the sale of consumption of liquor and until the National State of Disaster Act Regulations allows that trading and consumption of liquor can resume normally Mondays to Saturdays and Sundays 18:00 to 20:00 and 11:00 to 18:00 respectively (Extension of trading days and hours) only then can Resolution (a) e implemented.
