(b) The departments be tasked to action the oldest items first.
c.)All items within the departments’ main work centres be investigated to ensure that the items are still relevant.
d.)Service notifications for Electricity’s internal processes not be used to monitor performance in attending to open Service notifications.
e.)That the departments BE TASKED to action items older than 90 days (5187 service notices) as at 30 June 2020 by 30 September 2020.
f.)That the report regarding Service Request Notification report for Subcouncil 8 as at 31 July 2020, BE ACCEPTED.
