In terms of regulation 34(1)(b) of the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulations
(MAT R), R.878 promulgated on 22 August 2008, Council approve in principle the granting of the right to use, control and /or manage Erven: 29466, 29462, 29456, 29460, 29455, 29454, 29439, & Portion of Erf 45917-Re, Cape Town;

Erven: 29466, 29462, 29456, 29460, 29455, 29454, 29439, & Portion of Erf 45917-Re, Cape Town, be leased, subject to conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in the exercise of her delegated authority;

That the objections received against the lease for the above mentioned property, shown on Plan SX 268/4 be overruled.
