That the closure of the pedestrian gate leading from Hibiscus Street onto Durban Road BE SUPPORTED, subject to the following;

Gate to remain open during the day.

The following fixed hours ito locking and unlocking of the gate be agreed on:
06:00 Opening of Gate
22:00 Locking of Gate

Locking and unlocking of the gate be performed by the Ridgeworth Neighbourhood Watch and Sontyger Guest House, which is to be formalised by means of a written agreement.

That all affected residents be informed of the Subcouncil’s decision.
