It was RESOLVED that

The comments made by the Subcouncil at its November 2019 Meeting vide 15SUB21/11/19 remain and BE CONSIDERED as formal comments from the Subcouncil;

The policy BE DISTRIBUTED to organisations registered on the City’s Community Organisations Database including Ward Committees;
-
Councillors submit individual comments, if any, before the closing of the public participation process;

The report: re-opening of the public participation process on the draft revised allocation policy: housing opportunities BE NOTED.
