It was RESOLVED that
-
The Ward Councillors consult with their Ward Committees and other relevant stakeholders on the proposed projects before submitting a shortlist to the Office by no later than 19 June 2020;
-
Only prioritised traffic calming will be send to the line department for assessment and costing;

In respect of consultation with Members of the various Ward Committees:
(i) The meetings for Wards 53, 55 and 56 continue as planned for July and take place via a digital platform.
(ii) The meetings for Wards 51 and 51 take place in August to allow the Subcouncil Office to investigate possible mediums of communication.
