That the contents of the report and Annexures to the report to Subcouncil 6 BE NOTED.

That Subcouncils circulate this report to all Ward Committees.

That Subcouncil comments on the Draft Revised Policy as part of the public participation process be considered:

The lessee must stay in the rental unit for at least 5 years before the process can commence to transfer such property to a tenant;
If a tenant stays in the rental stock and get a housing opportunity, everyone in that flat or rental unit must vacate.
How will anti-social behavior will be monitored and whether CRU committees will assist in that regard.
The policy must clearly state when there is a housing project that 80% of the housing allocation must go to that specific area and 20% must go to the surrounding areas.
