Mr Abass of the IDP Department, highlighted the following:

·         The year-end adjustments budget in response to the Disaster relate to the COVID-19 virus, was tabled and approved by Council on 27 May 2020.

·         This lead to changes in Q4 targets in the Corporate Scorecard, Entities Scorecards and MTREF. These form part of the of the amendments to the IDP.

·         These proposed target changes/amendments are currently out for public comment and recommendations by Subcouncil.

Ald Cavanagh said that the Councillors must read through the document again and should they have any comments, they must forward it to the Subcouncil for submission to the IDP office.

RESOLVED that:

a)    Subcouncil note the content of the report.

b)    Councillors comment and make recommendations to the Executive Mayor together with the Mayoral Committee for submission to Council with regard to the IDP, as deemed necessary.
