That the content of the report Subcouncil for the Winter Readiness Programme, BE NOTED by Subcouncil 22.

The Subcouncil REQUESTS the Line Department to submit progress report on what was done during the Winter season in June month, this report BE TABLED at the August 2020, Subcouncil meeting.

Subcouncil Manager communicates with all essential line departments by establishing WhatsApp groups that will be inclusive of all representation of Line Departments such as Water & Sanitation, Electricity, Solid Waste, Recreation and Parks.
