RESOLVED that:

Subcouncils NOTE the content of the report.

Subcouncils COMMENT and make RECOMMENDATIONS to the Executive Mayor together with the Mayoral committee for submission to Council with regard to the IDP, as deemed necessary.
It was further noted that the closing date for comments is 17 June 2020.
