RULES OF ORDER FOR VIRTUAL MEETINGS OF SUBCOUNCILS

The Councillors raised the concerns that virtual meetings have its own challenges related to infrastructure and connectivity
Cllr Moses and Cllr Gungxe requested that Subcouncil meeting take cognisance of Covid-19 regulations and minimize face to face interaction. Both Councillors recommended skype meetings although they understand the technical challenges with skype meetings

RESOLVED

The Subcouncil recommended that Subcouncil adopts the Rules of Order regulating the conduct of virtual meetings of the municipal Sub councils of the City of Cape Town.
