Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 34 Section 13(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor supported the Recommendation and Conditions as set out in (a) to (h) of the Departmental report for proposed lease of Portion of Public Passage, Portion Erf 234 Bishopscourt, between Upper Bishopscourt and Maclear Roads, Claremont, for gardening purposes to Bruce John Ladegaard.
