Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 34 Section 13(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor supported the Recommendation and Conditions as set out in (a) to (k) of the Departmental report for proposed for Lease of City Land, being Portions of Erf 91047 and Erf 142388 Cape Town, abutting Erf 108759, corner of Tenby and Langley Road, Wynberg to Wellington Close Body Corporate.
