Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 34 Section 13(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor supported the Recommendation and Conditions as set out in (a) to (i) of the Departmental report for proposed Lease of City Premises, being Erf 76024 Cape Town, situated at 163 De Waal Road, Southfield to Hazel Elizabeth Una Davids and Merlyn Davids.
