Need to follow-up with Metro Police to find out when are the cameras going to be installed in Ward 15 & 84.

To follow-up on Law Enforcement regarding the R40 000 that was supposed to be spent on overtime but spent it on something else.

That a follow-up be done on the Deep Freeze: Services Formal Area project because the people’s living conditions is still the same and want to know what progress is made thus far.

It is recommended that the attached progressive capital expenditure report as at the end of May 2020 be submitted to the Subcouncil for information and NOTING.
