That the Subcouncil approve the application for the extended trading hours (on-consumption) Monday to Saturday and Sundays 02:00 – 04:00 trading submitted by Beerhouse Tygervalley, situated at, 21 Mispel Street, Bellville, subject to the following conditions:

That the application for the extended trading hours (on-consumption) submitted by Beerhouse Tygervalley, situated at, 21 Mispel Street, Bellville, be approved as it complies with the criteria included in the City of Cape Town: Control of Undertakings that Sell Liquor to the Public By-Law, 2013.

Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these complaints will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn and will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority which may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.

The applicant must ensure that no sale of liquor is made directly to or via a third party to unemployed and/or homeless persons occupying public open spaces in the vicinity of Beerhouse Tygervalley, situated at, 21 Mispel Street, Bellville.

This application is also subject to compliance with all relevant by-laws of the City of Cape Town.

This application will be valid for 12 months from the date of the decision subject to the possession of a valid liquor licence.
