That the Department of Parks & Recreation BE REQUESTED to investigate the possible conversion of Bella Rosa Park, a Public Open Space within the boundaries of Ward 21, to a free-running / lease-free dog park on the basis that the necessary public participation processes be undertaken within the neighbouring community.
