a.). That the project scope of the list of MURP projects as endorsed by Subcouncil on 15 August 2019 BE AMENDED to reflect the change in scope and allocated budgets as indicated in ANNEXURE A attached to this report.
b.). That the finalisation of the Project Plan and Project Charters with project managers and required for MURP projects BE SUBDELEGATED to the Subcouncil Manager, in consultation with the Subcouncil Chairperson and ward councillors.
