a. That the report: Proposed Amendments to the 2017-2022 Integrated Development Plan (IDP) – 2019/20 Related to the Council Approved Mid-Year Adjustment Budget BE NOTED.
b. That Subcouncil RECOMMEND to the Executive Mayor together with the Mayoral Committee for submission to Council with regards to the IDP, as deemed necessary.
