RESOLVED
It is recommended that the lease of portions of public street, being portion of erf 1466 and 1575, Somerset West adjacent to erf 8241, Berrydell Avenue, Somerset West shown hatched by the figure ABCD and EFGHJKLM on the attached sketch ET 663 marked annexure A, in extent approximately 451 m2 and 389 m2 respectively, to Villa-Li Body Corporate or their successors in title, be APPROVED subject to inter alia the following conditions, that:

A tariff rental of R3 133,04 per annum excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable. Rates not applicable;

The lease will endure for a period of then (10) years with an option to renew for a further ten (10) years;

The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;

The property be used for gardening purposes only;

Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

Subject to compliance with any statutory requirements;
-
No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
