The report on the proposed amendments to the 2017-2022 integrated development plan – 2019/20 related to the Council approved mid-year adjustment budget BE NOTED;

That Councillors submit individual comment, if any, to the Subcouncil within the approved timeframes for onward submission to the department for inclusion in the report to the Executive Mayor together with the Mayoral Committee to Council
