It was RESOLVED to DEFER the application to lease City land, erf 3290 Langa, Walter Sisulu Street, Zone 17, Langa for social care purposes: LEAP Science and Maths School to engage all parties involved i.e. the official(s) from the Property Management Department, the Ward Councillor and Councillors working in the area, the Subcouncil Chairperson, the subcouncil administration and the applicant on the exact proposed usage of the erf taking into account the conflicting views and observations made at the previous site inspection.
