The Subcouncil NOTE the contents of the Draft Nature Reserve By-law as per Annexure A.

The Subcouncil provides COMMENT as per the comment guidelines (Annexure B) on the Draft Nature Reserve By-law during the commenting period.

That a report back be provided to the Subcouncil after the public participation process so that we are able to see this Subcouncil and the general responses received.
