That the content of the report on the Progressive Capital Expenditure: January 2020 BE NOTED;

That a formal report on the status of the Digtebij Sewer Installation (CPX.0009289-F1 and CPX.0009389-F2 be requested as the comment has been the same for the past 3 months;

That it was confirmed that the balance of R129 007.59 in lieu of savings of the Auxiliary Law Enforcement Deployment project will be utilised in respect of project Repairs and Maintenance of Community Parks project, WBS S20.00159-NO.02.CP
