That Subcouncil 18 NOTES the contents of the Draft Nature Reserve By-Law as per Annexure A ;

Subcouncil 18 RESOLVED that the public participation period be extended to 31 March 2020 to allow for sufficient public engagement and that Mr S Khan present at the Basket of Services Roadshows in Subcouncil 18.

Subsequent to the February 2020, Subcouncil 18 Meeting,
The Subcouncil Manager, Mr F Monk established that the public participation advertisements were circulated to Cllrs and Ward Clerks on 30 January 2020.
That Cllrs requested that the official present at the Basket of Services Roadshows, however the ED : Urban Management requested that the Basket of Services be postponed to May 2020.
