that the report on the activities for traffic services for the months of October, November & December 2019 BE NOTED;

That all future monthly reports include the:

Amount of vehicle license disks issued for the month;

Amount of drivers’ licenses issued for the month;

Prosecutions in respect of traffic violations for the month.
