UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
 

  1. Ward 21:  Hebron/Tulip Street Amanda Glen, Durbanville (TNDN 2611) Request for raised intersection and mini-circle. 
 
  1. That the traffic calming application iro a raised intersection and possible mini circle to accommodate better traffic flow BE INVESTIGATED at both intersections and should a raised intersection iro the schools programme be recommended, such be placed on the line department’s schools programme.
 
  1. That the ward councillor MEET with the officials onsite to discuss the concerns.
 
  1. That the outcome of the assessment with recommendations BE SUBMITTED to the Subcouncil.
 
  1.  Ward 21:  Raphael Crescent, Stellenberg (TNDN2623): Request traffic calming measures (refer various proposals). 
 
  1. That traffic calming measures and subsequent proposals by the applicant BE INVESTIGATED, and appropriate warning signage in the vicinity of sharp bend be implemented.
 
  1. That the ward councillor MEET with the officials onsite to discuss the concerns.
 
  1. That the outcome of the assessment with recommendations BE SUBMITTED to the Subcouncil.
 
 
  1. Ward 105:  Herta Erna Avenue, Vierlanden (TNDN2622): Request traffic calming measures and other issues relating to problems being experienced. 
 
That the item BE DEFERRED and again serve at the March meeting cycle to allow the ward councillor, currently on leave,  time to make an informed decision.
