Not Delegated: For Decision: The Director: Property Management
It was RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that a portion of erf 102172 Cape Town situated off Heerlik Road, Kensington and measuring approximately 23 m2 in extent, indicated as ABCD on Plan STC 2692v1, marked as annexure A, attached to the report, be reserved for the Electricity Generation and Distribution Department, subject to the following conditions:

The subject property shall be utilised for the purposes of a New Substation only;

That the Electricity Generation and Distribution Department:

Takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with related legislation;

Accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

All costs related to the reservation shall be for the account of the Electricity Generation and Distribution Department
