Not Delegated: For Decision: The Director: Property Management
 
It was RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of City land, being erf 3695 situated at Washington Street, Langa, shown hatched and lettered ABCDEF on the sketch STC 2734, marked annexure A, attached to the report, in extent approximately 1951 m², to Bridges for Music NPC or their successor(s) in title, be approved, subject to inter alia the following conditions, that:
 

1. A tariff rental of R920.00 per annum, excluding VAT, calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable. Rates not applicable;
2. The lease will endure for a period of ten years;
3. The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;
4. The property be used as a music academy only;
5. Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;
6. Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;
7.
