Subcouncil 10 SUPPORT that a portion of erf 793 Khayelitsha situated at Phakamani Road, in extent proximately 26 649m2 and as indicated as ABCDEFGHJK on Plan ET 748/1attached as annexure A, be reserved for the Operational Policy and Planning Department, subject to the following conditions:

a)     The suvject property shalll be utilised for the purpose of residential and non-residential densification only;

b)     The Operrational Policy and Planninng Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any           related legislation;

c)      The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance,            as is applicable;

d)     That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Operational Policy and Planning Department..
