That Subcouncil 21 note the report on the current state of the sewer network in the Wesbank area and the proposed action plans including timelines for the implementation by the Water and Sanitation department.

That a task team of councillors and officials be established to urgently deal with the problems relating to sewerage and cleaning services as outlined in the report in ward 19.

That Cllr Sawant, the ward councillor for ward 19, be tasked to steer this task team.
