Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 24 Section 13 (1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with Chairperson supported the recommendation and Conditions for the Lease of Erf 49933, Almond Street, Newlands for Scouting Activites

FURTHER RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

Subcouncil 20 requests that Property Management to take cognisance of the fact that this venue is not used for Scouting Activities as all.
