Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 24 Section 13 (1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with Chairperson supported the recommendation and Conditions for the Lease of Erf 54976 and 54977, Corner of Bowwood and Thelma Roads, Claremont.

FURTHER RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

Subcouncil 20 requests that Condition D in the lease agreement be updated to allow the Scouts to sub-let the premises to other organisations, should it remain in its existing format, there may be legal implications.
