That the application in terms of Section 6 of the City of Cape Town liquor trading days and hours by-law 2010 as amended for extension of liquor trading hours for on-consumption from 18:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday trading for Off-Consumption premises in respect of: Checkers Hyper N1 City, Erf 32547, Louwtjie Rothman Street, Goodwood, Licence Reference Number WCP/011551 – Ward 27 BE APPROVED.

Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn.

Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.
