RESOLVED unanimously by the Subcouncil 2

That the content of the report on the Progressive Capital Expenditure: December 2019 BE NOTED.

Due to the City manager and the Mayco member signing of claims daily due to lack of adequate infrastructure, it was
requested that a full report be submitted to Subcouncil in terms of the way forward;
-
It was suggested that in the interim the Subcouncil 2 chairperson write a letter to the City manager alluding him of the risk in (ii) above.
