RESOLVED unanimously by the Subcouncil 2

That the content of the report, Library and Information Services’ Quarterly Activity Report for the period 1 July to 30 September 2019 BE NOTED;
-
That copies of all tender documents with specifications in respect of library books be submitted to Subcouncil 2 in order to ascertain the change in the supply chain procedure;

That the department be more vibrant and creative in libraries to attract community members to take part of the services of the libraries;
-
That the department take the lead in inviting the councillors to the reading programmes at libraries and enforce these special drives.
