 Subcouncil Manager advised on amendment to the report page That the contents of the report regarding the Service Request Notifications for December 2019, BE NOTED
                                    RESOLVED:
                                   

1. The summary schedule of service request notification for Subcouncil 8, BE NOTED.

2. The departments be tasked to action the oldest items first.

3. All items within the departments’ main work centres be investigated to ensure that the items are still relevant.

4. Service notifications for Electricity’s internal processes not be used to monitor performance in attending to open Service notifications.

5. That the departments BE TASKED to action items older than 90 days (1469 service notices) as at 31 December 2019 by 31 February 2019.
