It was resolved that

Subcouncil 14 supports and recommends to Council that the 2019/20 ward allocation funds be reallocated as set out in Annexure A.

Subcouncil 14 supports and recommend to Council that projects; WPX.0011500: Grants-in-Aid - Ward 39, WPX.0011541: Grants-in-Aid - Ward 41 and WPX.0011543: Grants-in-Aid - Ward 42 be cancelled and funds reallocated as set out in Annexure A.

The new projects and 2019/20 budget amendments be included in the January 2020 Adjustment Budget.
