RESOLVED
(a) Wolfgat Subcouncil 12 Notes the expenditure report received from the organisation Cape Town Drug Counselling Centre for the grant application of R305 000 in the 2019/20 financial year;
(b) Wolfgat Subcouncil 12 in implementing Clause 10.2.2 of the Grant-in-Aid Policy (no.21144E) vide SPC06/05/19 submit the completed Grant-in-Aid allocation from Cape Town Drug Counselling Centre to a forthcoming meeting of Council.
(c) That the Subcouncil Manager request a breakdown of expenses from the Cape Town Drug Counselling Centre (CTDCC) for submission to the Special Meeting which will be arranged for 14 January 2020.
